 onal impact\, tough discussions\, team leadership\, high impact communicat
 ion and business innovation. Participants will complete a 360-leadership a
 ssessment before the retreat and receive highly personalised training and 
 coaching over the three days. Learning sessions will distil evidence-based
  leadership strategies into practical steps that participants will practic
 e in hands-on simulations. Leaders will leave the retreat feeling refreshe
 d\, empowered and ready to take on their responsibilities with renewed ene
 rgy and confidence. The retreat package includes all meals and accommodati
 on. Arrangements can be made for special dietary needs. Participants shoul
