Christian Sellars, CEO
Christian Sellars is a global business leader with 30 years’ experience in managing complex teams. Christian is an economist by training, has held global leadership roles at the US-based pharmaceutical company MSD & previously worked in government in South Africa. He is an expert in positive leadership & team performance and is accredited by Human Synergistics International. He has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Master of Commerce (with distinction) from University of Cape Town.
Our board
Barbara Mutoni
Barbara has been Inkomoko’s Director of People & Culture since 2020. She has contributed to Inkomoko’s extraordinary growth in supporting refugee-focused entrepreneurship, with 600 staff in six countries. Previously, she held HR leadership roles in banking and FMCG. Barbara holds degrees from Makerere University, Cornell, and Oklahoma Christian University.
Angus Jaffrey
Angus has 25 years of experience in major corporations, top-tier management consulting and start-ups. He is a former partner at BCG, executive team member at Santos and a serial entrepreneur. He holds degrees from Cambridge and AGSM Sydney.
Angie Virtue
Angie has been a partner at The Alignment Partnership for twenty years and previously owned her own consulting practice. Her focus is on strategy development and implementation and she has supported a stellar list of multinational clients. Angela holds qualifications in Education gained in Australia and the US and master accreditation in Human Synergistics diagnostics.
