Leading is hard, and it's often lonely.

I help senior leaders tackle their toughest interpersonal challenges. Together, we transform the relationships that matter most.

The executives I work with are experts in their fields who have often achieved remarkable things throughout their careers. But leaders face very different challenges at the most senior levels.

Getting a top job doesn't just mean greater responsibility. It changes the way people treat you. I should know - I was there. Reports grew less candid, peers less supportive, superiors less forgiving.

In my experience, it's rarely the technical challenges that keep leaders up at night, it's interpersonal disappointments and risks.

How coaching helps

Good coaching conversations can help you find better interpersonal strategies, and put them into practice. It brings the real issues into focus and helps you uncover blind spots, drop what isn't working and try new approaches that actually make a real difference.

In my coaching practice, I have helped some of Rwanda's top leaders reflect on their challenges, build confidence in what works and get situations that once seemed impossible moving forward again.

What working together looks like

A coaching assignment starts with a discussion about your objectives. From this we agree on the purpose and frequency of coaching sessions, which typically run for an hour. In my experience, a monthly in-person session works best, with most clients booking a minimum of 6 sessions.

What are the benefits

You'll find you have far more influence over difficult interpersonal situations than you imagined. Through our sessions, you start to see exactly what to do and how to fix it. As a result, you'll feel less stressed, more empowered, and able to enjoy your work again.

Who it's for

I work with senior leaders and high-potential executives facing complex interpersonal challenges involving colleagues, boards, direct reports or international head offices. My coaching clients have come from financial services, healthcare, ICT, hospitality, NGOs and construction.

Your guide

Years ago, my own team told me I was in the way. Not because I didn't care, I just hadn't learned when to step back.

That's the blind spot every leader in that seat shares. It's why an outside view matters.

I started TES in Rwanda in 2023 after a career in international healthcare leadership. Since then I've worked directly with top leaders across Rwanda's banking, health, construction and NGO sectors.

I am certified by the International Coaching Federation and hold graduate degrees in business and economics. ICF-certified coaches are bound by its code of ethics. That means everything you share stays confidential.
