TES Leadership Retreat 24-27 Sep UMVA Muhazi

TES will hold a 3-day leadership retreat at UMVA Muhazi, a luxury eco resort 90 minutes from Kigali, from the evening of Tuesday 24 September to lunchtime Friday 27 September.  The retreat will help 8 senior leaders enhance their people leadership & business effectiveness, all in a calm and distraction-free learning environment.  It will be facilitated by the TES CEO, Christian Sellars and cover the following topics: personal impact, tough discussions, team leadership, high impact communication and business innovation. 

Participants will complete a 360-leadership assessment before the retreat and receive highly personalised training and coaching over the three days.

Learning sessions will distil evidence-based leadership strategies into practical steps that participants will practice in hands-on simulations.  Leaders will leave the retreat feeling refreshed, empowered and ready to take on their responsibilities with renewed energy and confidence.

The total cost for the retreat is RWF2.2m incl VAT per person payable by 15 September.  A special early-bird rate of RWF1.9m incl VAT per person is available to participants paying before 31 August.
